Queen Latifah

Dana Elaine Owens better known by her stage name Queen Latifah, is an American rapper actress and singer. Her work as a music actor, filmmaker and TV performer has earned her two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Image Awards. She also won a Grammy Award as well as six additional Grammy nominations. Queen Latifah was raised in Newark, New Jersey. She is the daughter of Rita Owens, Sr. and Lancelot Owens Jr. Latifah's parents divorced when Latifah was ten years old. was ten years old.
